
The goal of ETISE is to create a regional model for technical assistance and workforce training to effectively integrate smart manufacturing in energy management systems into energy-related business practices. The Department of Energy funds ETISE through the Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy (EERE), Industrial Efficiency & Decarbonization Office (IEDO), Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), and the Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Technologies Office (AMMTO).
ETISE is conducting a survey among small and medium enterprise (SME) manufacturers in the East Tennessee region. If you fulfill the criteria for SME set by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and answer all the questions by October 31st, 2023 we will send a $30 Visa card. Please check the email associated with the survey. One per company.

Note: SMEs are generally considered to have less than 1,250 employees or for certain sectors earn less than a revenue level as designated by the SBA.
